Crystal dropped everything and met me quickly at the property late in the afternoon on a weekend. She kept me apprised regarding any movement and potential other offers on the property. She completed my offer quickly and helped me navigate the process and follow up inspections after the offer. She was available to meet with contractors for inspections for me since I am out of the area. We were able to close in 30 days or less and meet my needs and wants. She has even followed up and taken care of my needs on a couple occasion after the close. I am very happy with her and her services/knowledge and professionalism.

Crystal is quite possibly the kindest, most thoughtful professional I have ever worked with. When we were searching for an ideal home for us, she went above and beyond to help us. She was always able to get a tour of a property within a day or two and she always responded to our questions within hours. She was also able to dig up information about the condition of homes and never hesitated to tell us if something was wrong. She would never try to get us to buy a property that wasn't right for us and that wasn’t a good choice to move into.
